Glass primer for Windshield Adhesives – 1st KLASS (10ml)

This 2-in-1 single-step glass primer is designed to maximize bonding strength between polyurethane adhesives and automotive glass.
It activates the ceramic frit layer on windshields and ensures reliable adhesion even under high mechanical or thermal stress.

It is suitable for industrial applications involving non-porous substrates such as painted metal, plastics, aluminum, glass, FRP and composites.

What it’s for: pre-treating automotive glazing surfaces, promoting strong PU adhesive bonding, corrosion protection on paint scratches.

Note: Not suitable as UV protection on transparent glass.

Suitable substrates:

Application

• Clean bonding surfaces thoroughly
• Shake bottle well for at least 1 minute before use
• Apply with felt applicator or abrasive sponge
• Close immediately after use
• Use contents within one week after opening
• Allow primer to dry slightly before applying adhesive
• If more than 24 hours pass → surface must be reactivated
