Plastic putty – 1st KLASS is a high-quality 2K polyester filler formulated specifically for use on automotive plastics.
Its excellent flexibility allows it to withstand vibrations, making it ideal for areas prone to movement or impact.

It spreads smoothly, sands extremely well, and produces a fine surface finish after drying.

What it’s for: repairing damaged plastic panels, filling cracks and depressions, reshaping deformed areas, and restoring body trim elements.

Suitable substrates:

Surface preparation:

• Clean with abrasive pad
• Wash with water and detergent
• Avoid benzene-based cleaners
• Rinse with clean water
• Allow to dry thoroughly

Application

Mixing ratio:

• 100 parts putty
• 2 parts hardener

Mix thoroughly without trapping air.

Layer thickness:

• Several thin layers
• Max. 3 mm per layer
• Allow full drying between layers

Working time: 4–5 minutes (20°C)

Curing time: 25–35 minutes (20°C)

Sanding:

• Rough: P80–P120
• Finish: P120–P320
