SprayMax 2K 2in1 Headlight Clear is a specialized 2-component clear coat developed for the renovation and protection of polycarbonate lenses. It restores clarity and provides a high-gloss, UV-stable finish that shields headlights from yellowing, scratches, and environmental damage such as UV, salt water, and car washing.

Features:

• Highly transparent, UV- and weather-resistant

• Protects against new damage and yellowing

• Gloss finish: 92 ±4 GU @ 20° angle

• 2K acrylic resin base with aliphatic isocyanate activator

• VOC value: 627 g/l

• Long pot life: approx. 8 h at 20°C

• Made in Germany

Application Steps:

1. Sand headlights (P180–P2000) and clean with SprayMax Aqua Silicone Remover

2. Shake can 2 minutes

3. Activate hardener with red button

4. Shake again 2 minutes

5. Spray from 15–20 cm distance

6. Apply 2 film-building coats, 10 min flash-off between

7. Ideal processing: 18–25°C, 40–60% humidity

8. Dust-dry: 15–20 min

9. Ready for polish: overnight at room temp or 30 min at 60°C

10. Clean valve by spraying upside-down 3–5 sec

11. Do not apply on hot surfaces or under direct sunlight
