Super Soft Body Putty – 1st KLASS

Super Soft Body Putty – 1st KLASS is an advanced, very easy-to-handle polyester putty developed for professional paint and body repair workshops. The product spreads easily and does not set too quickly during mixing, while still providing an outstandingly short drying time. Its sanding performance is excellent, it does not clog abrasives, and it helps achieve a perfectly smooth, even surface.

• Fiberglass parts
• Polyester fillers and sanded primers

Which substrates does it adhere to?

Steel, aluminum (after matting + degreasing), galvanized steel, fiberglass, polyester fillers, sanded primers and wood.

What is the mixing ratio?

100 parts putty : 2 parts hardener.

Pot life and drying time?

Pot life: 4–5 min (20°C). Drying time: 14–16 min (20°C).

Which grits are recommended for sanding?

Coarse: P80–P120. Fine: P120–P280.

Where should it NOT be applied?

Not suitable for reactive primers, 1K acrylic products and nitrocellulose layers.
