Glas is a polyester fiberglass-reinforced putty that offers excellent adhesion to steel surfaces. It is ideal for repairing deep uneven areas and damages on vehicle bodywork, including cars, trucks, and railway vehicles.

Details

Glas is a polyester fiberglass-reinforced putty designed for repairing larger damages and deeper uneven areas on vehicle bodywork. The product is exclusively suitable for steel surfaces and cannot be used on aluminum or galvanized surfaces. Glas offers improved sanding properties, providing a smooth and homogeneous layer with a pore-free surface. The mixing ratio is 2-3% hardener by weight, with a processing time of 3-4 minutes at room temperature (20°C). Drying time is 15-20 minutes when air-dried. Sanding begins with coarse P80-P120 and finishes with fine P120-P240 abrasive papers. The product is green in color and has a VOC content of less than 250 g/L.
