The 1-105 MS Clear Coat Matt is a non-yellowing, easy-to-apply polyurethane-based matte clear coat that offers excellent durability for vehicles and parts. It can be air-dried or oven-dried and provides a perfect matte finish when applied in thin layers.

Details

The 1-105 MS Clear Coat Matt is a highly durable, polyurethane-based matte clear coat designed for the 500 series, suitable for car, truck, and bus bumpers. The mixing ratio is 2:1 with MS Hardener, and 5-10% thinner can be added if needed. It is recommended to apply in thin layers, as thicker layers may create a glossier finish. For HVLP or LVLP spray guns, use a nozzle size of 1.3-1.4 mm and a pressure of 2 bar. When air-dried, it is dust-free in 10 minutes and fully cured in 5 hours, while it dries in 30 minutes in an oven. Coverage is 10 m²/L at 50 μm dry film thickness.
