The DeBeer 8-714 HS420 Supreme Premium Clear Coat (5L) is an advanced, high-quality polyurethane clear coat specifically designed for high-demand automotive applications. It provides exceptional durability, excellent drying time, and superior processing properties. This clear coat is ideal for use with the MM 900 - 9999 WaterBase 900+ series and MM 500 - 5999 BeroBase 500 series products, typically applied on passenger cars, long-distance buses, and commercial vehicles. Developed for premium jobs, it is a go-to solution for achieving professional-level results.

Chemical Base: 2K polyurethane clear coat
Mixing Ratio: 3:1 with HS420 hardener, optionally 5% Uni Thinner or 10% Speed Optimiser
Application:
- 1.5-2 coats, 50-60 µm thickness per coat
- Flash-off time: 5-10 minutes
Spray Gun Setup:
- Nozzle size: 1.2-1.4 mm
- Pressure: 2 bar (29 psi) HVLP
Drying Time:
- Air Dry: Dust-free after overnight drying
- Force Dry: 20-40 minutes at 60°C
