Product Description
A universal primer for plastic surfaces commonly used in the automotive industry. It can be topcoated without sanding using a sandable primer, a wet-on-wet primer, or topcoats.

Surface Preparation:
The surface must be dry, clean, and free from oil, tar stains, and dirt. It is recommended to wash the plastic carefully with water and soap, then degrease with the 1618. ANTISILICONE product.

Product Preparation:
Ready to use.

Application Method:

• Air spray using a spray gun with a nozzle diameter of 1.2 ÷ 1.4 mm, and a pressure of 2.5 ÷ 3 bar.
• Recommended thickness: 5 ÷ 10 μm dry.

Drying Time (at 20°C):

• Dust-free: approx. 2 minutes
• Touch dry: approx. 5 minutes
• Full drying: approx. 10 minutes
• Recoatable: After approx. 10 ÷ 15 minutes.

If the surface is flexible or very flexible, additional priming, pastel topcoats, or double-layer application may be necessary. For this, the 1537 FLEXING product should be added according to the application instructions.
