1st KLASS Bumper Paint Dark Grey (KS-BP DG) is a high-performance, single-component textured coating designed for refinishing and restoring plastic automotive parts.
It recreates the factory-like textured appearance of OEM plastic bumpers and trims while offering excellent adhesion and reliable performance under various weather conditions.

Its formulation ensures a strong bond on plastics after proper cleaning, degreasing and sanding. The product is ideal for professional workshops that require consistent results and a durable finish.

Surface Preparation

• Pre-heat the part for 60 minutes at 60°C
• Degrease with an antistatic cleaner
• Sand while using the antistatic degreaser
• Clean again and allow to fully dry
• All separating agents must be completely removed
• Perform a water-wetting test; if water runs off quickly, repeat the preparation

Use and Mixing

• Designed for automotive plastic component refinishing
• No hardener required
• Can be thinned 10–15% to adjust texture fineness
• Mix or shake thoroughly before application

Viscosity

• 18–22 seconds (DIN 4 mm at 20°C)

Evaporation & Drying Times

• Assembly possible after 24 hours

• Lower temperatures significantly extend curing time

• Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place
